Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Fresh products are shipped immediately to ensure they reach you in optimal condition.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary based on the destination. Typically, international shipments take 5-10 business days to arrive.

For remote locations, delivery times may be longer. It also depend greatly on the means as well as the mode of shipment requested by the client.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items or damaged products, please contact us immediately.

You must report any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide detailed information, including photographs of any damaged or incorrect items.

  1. Resolution Process

For eligible returns, we will provide instructions on how to return the products. This may include arranging for a pickup or providing a return shipping label.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and process a refund or replacement as appropriate.

The customer is not responsible for any delay returned shipment should he/she complies and follow the our return instructions to the latter.

Refunds are issued for damaged or incorrect items only. Once the return is processed and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You can also provide an alternative bank account or mode of payment depending on the availability of the money transfer method in your country at that particular time.
