- Definitions
“Company” refers to INTRADE CO (UK) LTD, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.
“Products” refers to the fresh lamb, chicken, and fish meat processed and exported by the Company including shrimps.
“Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing or receiving the Products from the Company.
- General Terms
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or communicated directly to the Customer.
- Ordering and Acceptance
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
- Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in [USD/EURO] and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment terms will be specified at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include [Telegraphic Bank Transfer directly into the company’s bank account for large order sizes, Western Union, MoneyGram and in special cases Crypto Currency (USDT)].
The Customer is responsible for any additional costs such as taxes, duties, or other fees incurred during processing or delivery. These charges are all calculated and included in CIF incoterm.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and methods are calculated based on the destination and order details.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the estimated delivery timeframes, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Customer must inspect the Products upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
- Quality and Certification
The Company guarantees that the Products meet the specified quality standards and certifications, including Halal and Kosher certifications where applicable.
Products are processed and handled in compliance with international health and safety regulations.
- Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of the Products, returns are generally not accepted.
The Company will consider returns or refunds only for Products that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. The Customer must notify the Company within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days.
- Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.
The Company is not liable for any loss or damage occurring after the Products have been delivered to the Customer.
- Liability and Disclaimers
The Company’s liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of the Products is limited to the purchase price of the Products in question.
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of business.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Great Britain
ARBITRATION
The parties should settle all the disputes and differences, which may arise from these Terms and Conditions or in connection with it, in an amicable way. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, any dispute arising out of or in connection with the present Contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by court of claimant’s place of registration. Applicable law – law of the country of claimant’s registration.

- Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure to perform any obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or strikes.
